About Steelhead Studios
Steelhead Studios is a design and fabrication studio that specializes in creating custom furniture and architectural elements. It was founded by Julian Halpern in an old paper mill, called the Canal Gallery Building, in Holyoke, MA. Steelhead Studios fuses steel with other elements, such as wood, stone and concrete to balance the texture and color in each piece created. Often, re-claimed objects are incorporated into the work for an added piece of history.
